What to expect
It is our goal to provide you with as much information as possible enabling you to make better decisions when creating your estate plan. Deciding how to distribute your assets should be a well thought out process. At the Elder Law & Estate Planning Center, we listen to your concerns and provide you with various options to pick and choose an estate plan designed and customized based on your specific goals.
Advanced Preparation
Ours is a thoughtful process that requires advanced preparation on your part in order for us to provide you with the most thorough and comprehensive consultation possible. We look forward to having the opportunity to review your family information in advance. We ask that you complete and return the intake form no more than 4 business days prior to your appointment.
Document Review
We review existing estate planning documents to determine their validity and reliability in South Carolina. If you would like your existing documents reviewed, contact our office to find out more about our process. We ask that all existing documents and intake forms are received by our office at least 4-5 business days prior to your appointment.
