Lisa Hostetler Brown is the Managing Attorney of LawyerLisa, LLC. Lisa has been practicing law since 2007 and was a shareholder, department head and committee chair at her prior law firm. She started LawyerLisa in 2014 to provide thoughtful and creative solutions to her clients' needs. Lisa is a certified specialist in elder law. This designation is through the National Elder Law Foundation and is an ABA accredited specialist certification.
LawyerLisa's focus is to better serve her clients in an easy to understand and accessible manner. Keeping pace with the changing market, timely communication with clients and agents and thoughtful legal advice are the cornerstones of the firm. Brian serves as Of Counsel providing close, ongoing, and regular guidance and service to Elder Law & Estate Planning. His area of expertise focuses on elder law and estate planning. His experience spans over 35+ years in this specialized area of law helping families, seniors and veterans address financial and estate planning matters. With an understanding of both legal and financial issues, Mr. Treacy is uniquely situated to advise his clients in the development of a truly comprehensive estate and financial plan. Mr. Treacy is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Hilton Head Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) since 1991, South Carolina Chapter of NAELA, Lawyers with Purpose and the Elder Law Section of the South Carolina Bar Association.

Jada holds a B.A. from Winthrop University and is a graduate of Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Jada completed an internship at Cooley’s Sixty Plus, Inc., Elder law Clinic and was a recipient of the clinic’s Outstanding Lawyering Award. Upon graduation, she began her legal profession as a Litigation Paralegal for a leading nationwide finance company for three years, and later served as in-house counsel following admission to the South Carolina Bar Association. Jada Grew up in a military family and understands the importance and needs of maintaining a comprehensive estate and financial plan. Her legal experience includes Contract Law, Corporate Law, Insurance, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution. Jada is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Black Lawyers Association.
Sandy is a graduate of Hiram College and holds a bachelor's degree in business and social sciences. She brings over 35+ years of legal and professional experience as a paralegal and manager for a Fortune 500 company focusing on Corporate Law, Intellectual Property and IT. Sandy provides a vast range of responsibilities in the firm as a Paralegal and the Practice Manager ensuring that all our client's needs are met and maintained at the highest level. Sandy believes that educating our clients empowers them to make more informed decisions for themselves and their families. She recognizes the value of providing excellence in client services and providing our clients with an exceptional experience.
Kelly is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Wilmington and holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Prior to her current role, Kelly worked as a paralegal at major law firms in Boston and Washington D.C. in the area of Intellectual Property and most recently as a paralegal at a small wealth management firm in Hilton Head. Kelly assists the attorneys in the areas of probate, estate planning, and guardianship/conservatorship.
Beth is a graduate of Duke University where she studied pre-law, but found her passion in history and teaching. Having received her Master's in Education from the University of Connecticut, she recently retired after 35 years of teaching middle and high school. Beth assists the attorneys and staff of the Elder Law Center in various capacities, including answering phones and greeting clients.
